The Starlight Necklace pairs delicate star-like accents with a 925 sterling silver setting and a natural clear quartz centerpiece designed to preserve a small amount of your pet’s fur. The 6 mm round crystal rests within a petite halo pendant, creating a gentle sparkle and a deeply personal keepsake.

Each necklace is individually handcrafted using your pet’s actual fur, turning a little piece of them into something you can wear close to your heart.

Handcrafted with your pet’s fur. Each keepsake is individually made for you.

Estimated production time: 7–14 business days after we receive your pet’s fur and all required order information. Weekends, U.S. public holidays, and inbound and outbound shipping time are excluded. We will contact you about significant delays; applicable delay-related cancellation and refund rights remain available.

After ordering, you’ll receive our U.S. mailing address and preparation instructions. Customers pay the postage to send fur to Niou. Send a small amount of clean, dry fur in securely sealed packaging, with your name and order number. We recommend tracked shipping. Keep some irreplaceable fur at home rather than sending your entire supply.

Standard shipping of your finished keepsake within the United States is included. We currently ship within the U.S. only. Tracking is provided where supported by the shipping service. Any unused fur will be carefully sealed and returned with your finished keepsake.

You may request cancellation before production begins. Production begins when Niou has received your fur and all required order information and starts making your piece. Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method; your inbound fur postage is not reimbursed. Once production begins, personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for a change of mind or other non-quality reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact niou.pet.studio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Depending on the issue, we may provide a repair, replacement, remake, partial refund, or full refund. Repairs, remakes, or replacements for confirmed manufacturing errors or arrival damage are free. The 7-day contact request does not limit your statutory rights.

Fur color, length, thickness, density, texture, and arrangement naturally vary. Minor handcrafting differences mean your keepsake will not look identical to sample photos. These variations do not excuse damage, loose stones, manufacturing defects, or material differences from the confirmed specifications.
